National Roles (Remote or local)
The Creative Branding Coordinator will assist the National Director of Marketing & Brand with branding across the states and the online/offline platforms. In particular, this includes photographing One Woman Project events and assisting with the creation of promotional and marketing materials.
The National Director of Marketing & Brand is responsible for ensuring consistency in branding across the states and the online/offline platforms. This includes website development and editing, design of the Annual Report, approval and creation of promotional and marketing materials, copywriting, and roll-out of large-scale marketing campaigns.
The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator (QLD) is responsible for hosting free and low-cost engagement events for the wider public. This can include documentary screenings, panel discussions and commemorations of key dates (International Women’s Day, International Day of the Girl) .
Responsible for relationship building with schools, the coordination of in-school visits, the delivery of in-school visits and the management of a workshop facilitation team, in order to deliver our Rural Engagement programs across Queensland. They are responsible for providing quality gender education to rural, regional and remote schools across Queensland!
Our State Facilitators are responsible for the delivery of our in-school workshops and our Rural Roadtrips across Queensland. They are at the forefront of the gender equality movement!
The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator - Outreach Program(QLD) is responsible for planning, designing and delivering a feminist fellowship program for young people active in their communities!
The State Education Coordinator (Ambassador Program) is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of our year-long high school Ambassador Program (an opportunity for high school students to be upskilled and educated in areas of global gender equality!).

The State Director (VIC) is responsible for managing the One Woman’s Project’s engagement activities in Victoria. The State Director manages the State team, ensures all volunteers have Working With Children Checks, and are meeting deadlines and completing their roles, organisational monitoring and evaluation, fortnightly Whole Team Meetings, stakeholder engagement and team expansion.
The State Facilitators are responsible for either the internal seminar series (creating content, designing workshops and facilitating an eight-week long seminar series) or our external, in-school workshops (creating content, designing workshops and delivering in-school programs).

Between 2019 – 2022, the One Woman Project is looking to expand its operations to every capital city in Australia and a number of rural bases. We are looking for people across Australia - in capital cities through to rural towns - to spread the word about global gender equality!
